Customers choose how they want to talk. The agent is the same: same memory, same rules, and your company's way of doing things.

Chat

Text, where your customers already are

WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and a full webchat for your website. The agent replies instantly, at any hour, and sees the conversation through: appointment booked, order closed, question answered.

WhatsApp voice

A voice call, without leaving WhatsApp

The customer taps call and talks to the agent. A natural conversation, with pauses and interruptions, like talking to your best team member.

How we work

We don't hand you a bot. We train an agent with you

A good AI agent is like a good employee: it has to know the house. That is why we work side by side with your team, from the first script to day-to-day operation.

  1. 01

    Immersion

We sit down with the people who serve customers today. We map questions, exceptions, tone of voice and what must never go wrong.

  2. 02

    Agent design

We define persona, voice, business rules and limits: what it handles alone and when it calls a human.

  3. 03

    Integrations

We connect the agent to your tools (calendar, menu, inventory, orders, tickets) so it acts, and doesn't just answer.

  4. 04

    Rehearsals

Your team tests, pushes and corrects. The agent only goes live when it serves customers the way you would.

  5. 05

    Operation and evolution

We follow real conversations, measure results and keep adjusting. The agent gets better every month.

What an agent does on its own

  • Books, reschedules and cancels
  • Sells and records orders
  • Checks stock, prices and delivery times
  • Opens and tracks tickets
  • Hands over to a human, with the full context
  • Works 24 hours a day, on several channels at once

Who is behind it

Blaster Labs. Technology since 1994

Blaster Labs was born in 1994, in the BBS: Bulletin Board SystemIt was social networking before the internet. The first one, CBBS, went online in Chicago in February 1978. In Brazil, BBSs had their heyday from the late 1980s to the mid-1990s.Here is how it worked: a computer hooked up to phone lines waited for calls. Each person dialed in with their modem, logged on, read and left messages, traded files, and hung up to free the line for the next caller.Blaster BBS was one of the first in Brazil to go beyond messages and file exchange: it created international email addresses for its users, when the internet was only just being born in the country. era, when connecting people took a modem and a phone line. Since then it has been 32 uninterrupted years of technology: from dial-up internet to the cloud, from mobile phones to messaging platforms. At every turn, the job was the same: turn what is new into operations that work.

Few companies have watched six generations of technology arrive, mature and become routine. We have, and that is why we know how to tell hype from what actually works.

atenda.ai is the result of that experience. We treat every agent with the rigor of people who know customer service cannot stop: method, testing, follow-up and real people answering for every delivery.
